TFT trains men and women to achieve leadership qualities such as delegation, responsibility, confidence, positivity, courage, commitment, etc. through experiential learning.

Carefully chosen activities supported by reflection, critical analysis, and synthesis actively engage learners in problem-solving through investigating, taking risks, strategizing, experimenting, and being creative while working together.

Experiences are constructed for learners to take initiative, make decisions, and be accountable for the results.

STORY

Beginning with nothing more than a deep desire to reach and serve the youth of Bangalore,

Raj Moorthy started the Fishermen Trust in 2006. We are registered under 12AA.

Since its founding, TFT has grown into a vibrant community of full-time staff and volunteers driven by that same heart to serve.

Our aim is to see young people discover their strengths and capabilities to promote confidence and self-worth leading to healthier life choices down the road.

Our programs center around a holistic curriculum engineered to build communication, teamwork, and community through challenging and fun adventure activities.
