Kings finger

King’s Finger is a challenging team-building activity where participants must lift a large rubber tire from a pool on the ground to outside the pool using only a 10-foot high wooden pole, known as the king’s finger. The activity requires collaboration, physical strength, and strategic planning to overcome varying levels of difficulty set by the facilitator. It emphasizes the importance of working together, ensuring safety, and taking responsibility for achieving the group’s goal.

Sharing burdens:
Learn to support one another by working together to lift and move the tire, sharing the burden equally.

Strength:
Build physical and mental strength as the team collaborates to lift the heavy tire and tackle the challenge.
