Monkey crawl

The Monkey Crawl is a dynamic and challenging activity that demands agility, strength, and coordination. As participants move hand over hand along horizontal bars or ropes, they build upper body strength, improve their grip, and develop endurance. This activity also enhances balance and mental toughness, as you push through physical limits to reach the end.
